Our full collection is exclusively available online. A limited selection of products are also available at selected stockists. Please be aware that products bought on secondary websites/stores will affect the full product warranty & returns process.
03. How do I return my watch?

04. Can I change the strap myself?
Yes, all our watch straps are interchangeable and you can do this yourself, detailed in the Instructions section. Each strap has a simple pin mechanism to allow for a quick and easy strap change. A tool is provided to assist with strap changes.

06. Where are the watches made?
We take great pride in producing a high quality product for each of our customers, which is why all watches are manufactured in Switzerland, under stringent quality control.
07. Is the watch water resistant?
Yes, all our watches are water resistant to 5ATM. This includes resistance to moisture and swimming in shallow waters. We do not advise wearing the watch in a hot environment such as a sauna or hot tub. Please also ensure the crown of the watch is securely fastened, when in the presence of water.
08. What happens if I do not receive an order confirmation or dispatch notification?

09. How do I know my watch is genuine?
Each of our watches comes with a Warranty and Security Tag. Watches purchased outside of the MYKU website, from other authorized, third-party stockists also come complete with a valid Warranty and Security Tag, which verifies authenticity.
